Carrani tours was responsible for the first 3 days of our trip. From Rome to Naples to Pompeii and arranged transportation to and from Amalfi. The guide Rossella was great. She even helped us with the next leg of our trip (different operator). I forgot the bus driver name but he was very good and helpful. Guide Paula leaded the group through Naples and Pompeii, she was great. The drivers to and from Amalfi were very good. Thanks Carrani Tour.

Foi nossa primeira viagem com a Carrani e gostamos muito! Fizemos o roteiro "Fantasia da Itália" de 07/07-19/07- Categoria Superior. Hotéis de qualidade(o de Florença poderia ser melhor), bem localizados restaurantes ótimos, ônibus confortáveis com janelas amplas, cumpriram roteiros e horários prometidos; guias locais competentes e simpáticos, e aqui vai um elogio especial para o nosso guia Antonio: sempre gentil, bem- humorado, atencioso- o que fez que nossa viagem fosse mais prazerosa. Elogios também para o motorista Gabrielo.

What documents will I receive before I travel?

You shall receive your travel voucher and any other instructions the Booking Team will share prior to the departure (e.g. pick-up instructions - when this is an included feature, itinerary specs, etc.)

How long has the tour company been trading?

Our company has been in the tours and travel packages business for over 95 years now, as we were born in 1925.

Who will be my travelling companions on the tour?

If the tour is shared, you might travel with guests coming from your same country or same-language countries, but also with some other language-speaking countries, should your tour have multilingual departures.

Will the accommodation included meet local health and safety regulations?

Indeed, all of our contracted hotels respect the current Health and Safety regulations, in line with the Italian government laws.

What happens if I need to change my holiday date once I’ve booked?

Within the cancellation terms provided and based on actual availability, we will do our best to move your existing booking to a future date.

What policies are in place for Covid-19?

Please look at your national Travel requirements to enter in Italy for travel purposes but make sure you have your Green Pass/equivalent with you at all times, at least until it will become obsolete and no more required by national authorities.
